In 9 years, from the year of 2002 to 2011, Viettours has served 73,802.00 movements of visitors. In the first year we received only 1,000.00 visitors; this number increased to 13,000.00 visitors per year in 2010.
And the turnovers have been increased rapidly from VND 3,3 billion in 2002 to 184,47 billion in 2010. Our labor forces have been changed either, we had only 10 staff from the very beginning. Now we have a group of staff, tour guides, tour leaders and professional operators of more than 60 people.
To diversify our services and products, the tour destinations which started from local inbound stops have been added with the most famous tour attractions in more than 40 countries in the world. Now our key clients are the multi-national companies and the big corporations and firms in Vietnam.
It was voted in 3 continuous years as one of the Top 10 Vietnam Best Brand Names in tourism, received the award of M.I.C.E professional tour operator and many other honorary awards from the local and city authorities.
